1. What we mean

SizerSafe is a product of Zabala Ltd, Ireland. The launch SKU (SS-USB-001) is a soft underseat bag designed for the personal-item / underseat class used by Ryanair, easyJet, Wizz and similar LCCs. The published target is 40 × 30 × 20 cm external maximum [confirm from sample]. Until that sample is measured and recorded here, we do not claim the bag is airline-approved or guaranteed to pass a cage.

2. When a claim can be made

All of the following must be true:

• You bought SS-USB-001 from Zabala Ltd on this site or via our Stripe Payment Link.
• The bag was packed so it did not exceed the published external max.
• A listed airline’s official underseat sizer at the gate refused that packed bag.
• Your ticket’s published allowance was at least that external max.
• Sample dimensions and the remedy line above have been locked.

We then apply the locked remedy — nothing else. Until that line is filled, we will not invent a refund, a replacement, or a fee repayment.

3. What we need from you

• Order number and date of travel.
• Airline, flight number and fare type (screenshot of the ticket allowance).
• A clear photo of the packed bag in the official sizer, plus the empty-bag external measurements if you can take them safely.

4. What this does not cover

• Overpacked bags, extra items clipped on, or expanded pockets.
• A larger fare allowance that you chose not to use.
• Staff decisions that are not a sizer measurement (random bag checks, security).
• Wear, damage, or bags bought from anyone other than Zabala Ltd.
• Rule changes published after your order if we have posted a notice here.

5. Airlines change the fine print

Allowances, orientations (40 × 20 × 25 vs 40 × 30 × 20) and cage hardware change. Check the figure on your ticket before you fly. We name carriers so you can match a cage — not because they endorse SizerSafe.

6. No affiliation

Zabala Ltd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Ryanair, easyJet, Wizz Air or any other airline. We do not use airline logos.
